Ibalik ang Tono is an impromptu protest concert produced by the coalition of various groups from UP and PGH that have come together in protest of the unjust and oppressive removal of the PGH Director Dr. Jose "Joegon" Gonzales and the the UP Student Regent Ms. Charisse Bañez. Music is has the great power to strengthen our unity and our resolve to fight for what is right. Kaya Ibalik ang Tono para Ibalik ang Tama.
