It seems that protesters won’t have to travel that far
anymore if the Senate moves to the University of the Philippines' Diliman campus in Quezon City.
The Senate is planning to move to UP Diliman, sources say.
Although the decision is not yet final, Senator Drilon said that the Senate
President has authorized him along with Senators Cayetano and Marcos to examine
the possibility of the Senate moving to a new site. UP Diliman is just one of
the choices though. Drilon however, said in an interview with GMA 7, "One of the considerations is kailangan
malapit sa House... kasi mahirap
ang trabaho, mahirap ang coordination."
