Announcement: First of a series on COA's 2009 reports on State Universities and Colleges is coming out soon

The Diliman Diary is announcing that it will soon release a series of interpretative analyses of the latest 2009 Commission on Audit (COA) reports on state universities and colleges the release of which is currently ongoing. We will continue to update these reports with more information on the remaining state universities and colleges as soon as more information becomes instantly available.

For the first of the series, we will report any siginifcant findings on the Eulogio "Amang" Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology and Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
